Mindfulness Workshop

This course is suitable for beginners and those who would like to rekindle their love for mindfulness.

The course includes elements of mindfulness based cognitive therapy and mindfulness based stress reduction and is taught in a rich and meaningful way. During each session we will focus on a particular area, meditate, reflect and there will be plenty of opportunity to share experiences and support your own and each-other's learning. This will be a great group setting which provides you with support throughout your mindfulness journey. You will also receive a course book.
