John is a level 3 personal trainer with a Bachelors in Sports Performance and Physical Activity. His positive energy and tuition will help motivate you to reach your fitness goals and live a healthier, happier and fuller life. John loves to help people progress in their fitness journey by gradually encouraging clients to challenge themselves with a variety of strength, conditioning and mobility exercises. By modifying exercises to suit each individual he will provide a welcoming environment for clients of all abilities.
